- Cancellation pauses access to templates and PDF generation, but backups can be requested.
- Users are responsible for copyright compliance for logos, images, and content uploaded into templates.
- Infoneo reserves the right to release updates, enhancements, and security patches.
- The SCRIBE Sidecar Extension is dependent on BigCommerce’s admin interface availability.
